Who we are

Dandy Corporation SA was born in Prilly, on Lake Geneva, from the story of its founder, Santi “Dandy” Scibilia: a Sicilian from Monforte San Giorgio who came to Switzerland after studying management (Parma, Università Cattolica) and turned his setbacks into a method.

Today the company brings together three brands and an in-house system: an integrated ERP + CRM management system, with a portal and a community. One person at the helm, intelligent agents preparing the work, and decisions that stay human.

There was a time when I was where you may be today: far from home, out of work, with more questions than answers.

I came to understand that programs run inside us that we never chose: inherited words, fears, habits. And that they can be rewritten.

Sicilian by birth, Swiss by choice. Marketing Management in Parma, a master’s in International Management at the Cattolica, then Switzerland, building sites, setbacks and a rebirth. Since 2010 he has been working on a method to rewrite one’s inner programs: it became a book, a coach and a company.

I rewrote my code with words. Then, with those same words, I built a company.
